Thank you sir. Consciousness is reality(including body).

If anyone says, they understand quantum mechanics, they are lying, Yes quantum effects have been used, tho the reason why it happens like that no one knows

Well, all those quantum effects also occur in our everyday world and they can be explained using commonsense. No one understands quantum physics because it is full of myths and not real science.

How to make ourselves more sensitive so that we can appreciate the wave nature of objects?
The first and foremost is to keep away from the strong stimuli in the environment which blunt our sense organs and make us insensitive. By avoidning them, we will become more sensitive and will be able to apreciate the fine signals in our environment.
For example, keep away from the noisy society- you will be able to pick up the subtle sounds and start enjoying the music that Nature plays in silence.
Avoid the artifical lighting and scintillations of modern society and you will start sensing things even in the dark.
And likewise, avoiding strong flavours, salty and spicy items will have a sensitizing effect on our body/mind.
In other words, by avoidning the strong and coarse stimuli around us, our sense organs will become more sensitive and start picking up the remote and subtle signals and our mind will regain its lost sensitivity. And we will be able to feel and undertsand our Nature to the deeper level.
Nowadays we are all swimming in an ocean of signal pollution and are constantly exposed to all sorts of pollution from sound pollution, light pollution, air pollution, odour and taste pollution to emotional pollution and finally there is this worst pollution called gadget pollution. We don’t realise that all these pollutants are blunting our senses and preventing us from experiencing the subtle phenomena in Nature.
And we have got habituated to all those pollutants so much that we believe we can’t live without them. We all become zittery and agitated to imagine a life away from these pollutants. In a way, our situation is not different from alcoholics.
So what we all need is a course of deaddiction. After just a brief period of deaddiction, our sense organs and mind will become more sensitive and we will start experiencing the subtle phenomena in Nature and the unlimited joy in there for free.
